Welcome To The Farm
The Hayloft is on our 300 acre working, family farm in beautiful North Devon. In a quiet, countryside location yet only 1 mile to the A 39 and within a few miles of Westward Ho!, Clovelly, Hartland, The Coast path, beautiful walks, Theme parks, village pubs and much more.
A warm welcome is assured when you arrive at The Hayloft. A converted barn which offers comfortable accommodate. The living area and kitchen are upstairs to make the most of the far reaching, countryside views with Exmoor in the distance. Downstairs is a king sized bedroom, twin room and bathroom with a shower. Outside you will find lots of garden space, toy tractors, BBQ, seating, swingball, swings, Rabbits and hens etc..
Generational
We love showing guests the farm and have over 200 cows including a small herd of Highland cattle and their calf's. Activities we can show you depend on the time of year, weather and what's going on at that time eg: harvesting, baling, baby lambs etc... We have lived here over 30 years and Jason's family have farmed in Parkham for generations.
If you love walking you can access the The South West Coast Path from here via about 1.5 miles of green lanes and footpaths you can then Walk either way and enjoy stunning scenery.
Children Are Always Welcome
Children are always welcome at the farm - outdoors we have a games room and lots of toys and games for all ages. Chickens in the garden to help look after and collect eggs and giant rabbits.
Indoors we can provide at no extra cost a travel cot with extra thicker mattress, highchair, stair gates top and bottom, large baby bath for the shower, bed guards, changing mat, plastic bowls, plates, cutlery, extra towels and bedding ( sheet, duvet, blankets etc ).
The Granary
The space
The Granary is a newly converted barn on our family run working farm. It has its own private patio area at the rear which is secure for young children. You also have the shared front lawn area with toys and chickens and rabbits etc ..

Guest access
The whole cottage is your private space along with the patio area at the rear. The garden at the front is shared with the Hayloft ( cost barn ) as is the games room .

We enjoy showing guests around the farm and what’s going on at that time of year .
We have a crazy collie who is great with everyone and loves children.
